The Story of Our Flour
Reis' Bakery sets itself apart by exclusively using imported European (specifically French) flour in all of our baked goods. We quickly realized the true need for this, when several customers with gluten sensitivities informed us that our breads and pastries were the only wheat flour products which they could tolerate without ill effects. After much research, we discovered that many people with gluten sensitivities are able to travel overseas and enjoy wheat based products without consequence. In light of this discovery, we decided we needed to make our flour available to everyone so that people could once again enjoy baking for their families without concern, as a family value of ours. Second to our faith, there is nothing more important than family.
